MURMUR This quadraphonic sound installation unfolds as a voice moving through the room in breaths, sighs, gasps, chokes, murmurs, hums, and drones. Words surface only momentarily before dissolving back into vibration. The composition drifts between a solitary voice and its layered, echoing doubles, circling the gallery’s edges and cutting through its centre — a single exhale beginning in one corner and ending in another.

Emotions collide and blur: pleasure tipping into anger, relief into suffocation, laughter into sobbing. By stripping language down to its guttural residue, the piece amplifies the moans, sighs, and chortles usually suppressed in speech, revealing the bodily currents that pulse beneath and between words.
